How It Works
The platform uses OTP phone verification so only valid requests reach the right professionals.
1) Customer selects service, island, zone, and chooses guest mode or account mode.
2) Request is stored temporarily and OTP is sent. No real lead is created before verification.
3) After correct OTP, the real lead is created and matched with relevant professionals.
4) If account mode is selected, customer can use “My Requests†to track status, ratings, and reviews.
